Role: Product Leadership

I was brought on to accelerate the digital transformation of a legacy media company, with a specific focus on implementing contemporary product processes. I began by developing a strategic vision and conducting a thorough audit of the existing technology department's value chain, identifying key gaps that needed to be addressed. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, I ensured alignment across cross-functional teams, securing buy-in and fostering a unified approach.

In this role, I managed a diverse team of developers and designers, maintaining clear communication and coordination across various departments within the company. My efforts led to the establishment of a robust product lifecycle management process, covering everything from discovery to measurement and iteration. Additionally, I implemented clear guidelines for product designers and improved documentation to enhance collaboration between product, engineering, and design teams.

This initiative resulted in the growth of the product team and a significant shift towards a product-led approach within the company, positioning the digital products for greater success and innovation.
