I've spent a decade shipping products people actually use. I'm not here to write decks. I'm here to make your business work better.

Most recently I was a Product Manager at Google, and before that at TikTok building products for small and medium businesses on the platform. Before tech, I led the digital transformation of Are Media, Australia's biggest legacy publisher.

I've also founded three companies. Which means I know what it's like to be on your side of the table. Cash flow that doesn't reconcile. Customers who churn for reasons you can't pin down. A team that needs answers you don't have yet.

I hold an MBA from AGSM at UNSW and a degree in architecture. The architecture training matters more than it sounds. It taught me how to draw a clean line from rough sketch to built thing without losing what made the sketch worth building.

Yes. The whole point of fractional product leadership is that you don't have to be the expert. I translate between business, design, and engineering. You give me the goals. I figure out the how.
Discovery call this week. AI Audit kicks off the following week. Fractional engagements take a little longer to scope properly. Sprints depend on technical complexity. If you need someone yesterday, say so and we'll find a way.
Then I'll tell you. The audit ends with a recommendation, not a sales pitch. Sometimes the answer is fix your onboarding, not bolt a chatbot onto it. You'll get the truth either way.
