Discovrr - Social Marketplace
Discovrr is a social marketplace that I founded and led, aimed at connecting local artisans with customers through a seamless website and mobile app. The startup successfully onboarded 200 businesses, signed 34 Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), and listed over 60 unique products. Discovrr was also honored as the recipient of the NSW MVP Start-up Grant, recognizing its innovation and potential in the local market.

Designed and developed the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) of Discovrr, achieving 200 user sign-ups and 10,000 app engagements within the first month.
Leveraged lean and agile frameworks to rapidly develop and iterate the product within 6 sprints ensuring it met market needs and user expectations.
Unique Selling Proposition:
Introduced a hyper-local social commerce model, aggregating products from local businesses and encouraging user interaction through gamified features and rewards.
Implemented a 3km digital boundary to create highly engaged local communities, fostering a sense of belonging and community support.
